I’ve been thinking about how I build community, and I think it comes down to being present and engaging others. By being present, I mean showing up on my blog or in person, and being present to what’s happening right there and then, not thinking about the past or the future. Engaging others to me means sharing ideas that your passionate about, then asking others to respond.
